Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If upon inspection the returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with your order number as soon as possible using the form on our Contact Us page.  

Return Procedure

To start a return, please contact us via email using our Contact Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will be responsible for payment of return shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged, then we may reject a refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of informing us of your intent to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item you have for refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded the amount of your original payment minus any portion of the payment that we donated to charity at the time of purchase. Your refund will include any standard shipping charges you paid at the time of purchase. We are not able to refund non-standard or express delivery costs.

Your refund will be applied on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, unless we have not yet received the goods or evidence that you have returned them in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to delay any refund until the returned item(s) can be inspected.

Please keep in mind that there may be delays related to your bank or credit card company processing and posting the refund that are beyond our control.
